Hey, so this week has been good.
Monday after Pday time was done, we went and had a lesson with Kossi and contacted for the rest of the night.
Tuesday, we met with a friend of a member and the lesson was good. He came to church and we have a lesson with him and the friend this week. He is coming to the ward church history event this Saturday, so I am excited to see what happens with him. Then we visited with a member who is less active and wants us to try to visit him more to help him and his son, who is turning 8 this year. He is just a stud. Then we met with Jorgé, Adrian and Edith. We taught the importance of reading the Book of Mormon and applying it to us. The mom, Edith, shared her experience with reading it this week and so did Adrian and Jorgé. When we asked Adrian where he was, he said first chapter of Alma and when we asked him to share something that he learned from the Book of Mormon, he told us the same story that we had shared the last time we visited him and his mom, Dalila. Lol - hope he really is reading!
Wednesday we met with Dora and she fed us like she does like every week. We shared a message and tried meeting with a new family in the ward who lives out in Arganda del Rey, but he fired us and ruined our afternoon. Then we had English class and the ward family home evening.
Thursday we had zone meeting and I learned a lot on how to use my time more wisely. Then we went to teach Adam and Rosa but Adam had left so we had a doorway lesson. Then we met with the Japas and had some amazing chicken and had a good lesson
Friday we met with Kossi and met with an inactive person who is a punk and 3 other lessons fired us.
Saturday, our piso guy came and fixed our stuff. After that we met with Domingo, a less active, and had an awesome meeting with our mission leader. Then we met with Rosa and taught Adam the Gospel of Jesus Christ (lesson 3 PMG).
Church was good on Sunday. We went to the stake president's house to eat. His wife invited us over because she liked us so much at Christmas, lol. They say my Spanish has improved a lot and my accent, too. The food was sooooooo good! We visited Elsy later and it was a door way lesson, but good. We are invited for next Sunday to eat with them.
Today we went to Toledo and had a blast - it was so much fun!
Hope you all had a great week!
