Well, sounds like a fun week. To start out, I learned something fun. So
I was talking to my zone leader, Elder Holt. I have known him for about 6 months and he has told me that he has family in Vegas. Most of the time when people say this I don't know them. This week I finally asked him a little bit more and it turns out that his family lives in a big circle neighborhood. I asked him if it was the Worthen circle and it was! So we started talking about his family and it was fun talking to him about them, so yeah.
This Monday our ward mission leader called us and told us that our investigator called the bishop and wants to be baptized!!!! He has known the church for over 11 years and he know feels like he needs to do this for his family and we are excited to help him. We repeated all the lessons and on Saturday he had his interview and passed without a problem and this Saturday we have his baptism. Also on Friday we met with the Van family and it was cool to teach their other neighbor. Their neighbor Jose said this was the truth he was looking for and that it is amazing the love he felt during the lesson so we are excited to meet with him again!!!!
Other than that, we are learning Romanian in the street. We know how to say "Hi, How are you, Good, and also It was nice to see you." Also, we have a lot of Book of Mormons in Romanian so we are handing those out. Its lots of fun seeing the Romanians' face when we have a book in their language!!!
Well, today I went and saw the cathedral in Madrid and it was cool - saw some stuff that surprised me. I got some pants, but, yeah - cool day.
Love you all,
Elder Mackay
